Sworn translation & interpreting
DIDIT delivers sworn (officially recognised) translations in Czech and English and provides interpreters for OAMP, the registry office, notaries and courts in Prague. Our court translator is on retainer, which means same-day turnaround on standard documents and reliable scheduling for interpreting. We also do the boring parts: collecting your original, attaching the apostille if needed, and delivering the bound translation back to you or directly to the office that needs it.
A sworn translation must be physically bound to either the original or a certified copy. We can arrange the notarised copy if you only have one original you need to keep.

Standard turnaround is 1–3 business days. Same-day is possible for shorter documents.

A sworn (úředně ověřený) translation is produced by a translator registered with the Czech Ministry of Justice and physically bound to your original document with an official seal. You need one whenever a Czech authority will see a foreign document — OAMP, courts, registry offices, notaries, the tax office, universities.
Same-day for standard single-page documents, 1–3 business days as standard. Our court translator is on retainer, which is how we hit same-day when most agencies quote three days.
Yes — a sworn translation must be bound to either the original or a notarised copy. If you need to keep the original, we can arrange the notarised copy for you and bind the translation to that instead.
