In short: people who have legally lived here for five continuous years on a long-term residence permit (employment, business, family reunification, study with weighted counting, etc.), with stable income, accommodation, and A2 Czech. Roughly: passport, current residence card, criminal record from every country you have lived in for the last three years, proof of accommodation in the Czech Republic, proof of income, A2 Czech certificate, photos, and a filled-in application form. The exact list depends on the basis of your application — we give you a personalised checklist after the first call.

You need an A2 certificate from a state-recognised school. The exam has reading, listening, writing, and a short speaking part. We book the exam for you, send you the official study materials, and most clients pass on the first try.
OAMP must give a written reason. Most rejections are technical — a missing document, an expired translation, an income that drops below the threshold. We help you remedy and re-apply. If the rejection is substantive, we refer you to an immigration lawyer.
