Personal Assistant — Prague
DIDIT is a bilingual personal assistant service in Prague for expats and busy professionals. You send a task in English or Czech — moving, residency, a stuck delivery, a Ministry appointment — and a real human on our Prague team handles it end-to-end. You get a status update when it is done. No instructions required, no daily check-ins, no language barrier.
"Find me a plumber for tomorrow." "Renew my residence permit." "I am moving to a new flat." Plain English is enough.
WhatsApp, email, or phone — whichever is easiest. We use the channel you prefer and stay on it.
If the task involves bureaucracy, send the existing paperwork. We tell you exactly what is missing before we start.
For most administrative tasks we will need a simple power of attorney. We prepare the document, you sign once, we use it as needed.
WhatsApp, email, or a call. One or two sentences is enough. We do not need a brief.
You receive a short message: what we will do, what it will cost, how long it will take. You say yes or ask questions.
A named Bestie owns the task. We make the calls, visit the office, wait at the door, fill the forms, negotiate, escalate. You do not chase us.
When it is done, you get a short message — "done, here is what changed, here are the documents." Then it stops mattering to you.

FAQ
Anything legal that a competent person in Prague could do for you. Common examples: residency paperwork, renewing or exchanging a driver's licence, sworn translations, doctor appointments in English, finding a reliable plumber or electrician, moving logistics, school enrolment paperwork, dealing with utilities, posting and receiving deliveries, vehicle registration. If it would take you three phone calls and a Ministry visit, send it to us.
A virtual assistant works from a laptop and books your travel. A real estate agent finds you a flat. DIDIT does the physical, in-person, Czech-language work in between — the things you can't do from your laptop and that a single-purpose agent won't touch.
Yes. The whole team is fluent in both English and Czech. You speak English to us, we speak Czech to the office, then translate the result back to you. Most of our clients never set foot in a Czech government building.
Same-day for most tasks. We confirm scope and price within an hour of receiving your message and usually begin work the same day. Genuine emergencies (lost passport, locked out, urgent residency deadline) get reshuffled to the top.
No. A lot of our clients are abroad and asking us to handle something in Prague — collecting documents, managing a tenant, dealing with the tax office. As long as we have a power of attorney and the right paperwork, your presence is optional.
Send it anyway. We have done first-time tasks for almost every long-standing client. If it is legal and humanly possible in Prague, we will tell you the price and the timeline. If we cannot help, we tell you who can — usually for free.
Hourly billing from 850 CZK per hour, tracked to the nearest 15 minutes and billed at the end of the month. The rate drops as your month scales up. You get a firm quote before any work starts — no open-ended bills.
Yes, routinely. Send your standard NDA, we sign it before any work starts. We also have our own template if you prefer.
Send the task. We tell you the price and timing in under an hour. Then we just do it.
