Once we start vetting, scheduling, or managing providers for you, that's professional time. Invoiced accordingly.

Not included

Third-party fees related to fulfilling a task are passed through at cost and are not part of our time-based pricing — application fees, car washes, CzechPoint charges, and similar out-of-pocket expenses are billed separately, exactly as incurred.
