At the beginning of 2025, DIDIT looked very different from what it is today. Marcela was still balancing two full-time worlds: a sales director role in a cosmetic company by day, and the founder and CEO of a growing start-up by… every other waking (and non-waking) hour. The numbers were promising. You, our clients, were loyal. And the dreams were just as big as they were back in 2020, when DIDIT was born.
But the engine was running mostly on willpower, stubbornness, and very long days, weekends included.
The decision to go all in didn't come gently.
In 2025, Marcela turned fifty. And while some people slow down or settle at that age, she chose something else entirely: to begin. She walked away from the safety of a steady paycheck and returned to the reason DIDIT existed in the first place — helping people in ways that truly matter.
Going all in was bold, not glamorous, and above all, relentless. It meant constant motion: planning, testing, failing, learning, celebrating and sometimes crying. Because when you're fifty and building a start-up, motivation isn't the problem. Energy is. At a certain hour, both body and brain simply shut down. And that's when one truth becomes unavoidable: you can't build something meaningful alone.
So DIDIT grew.
Not louder. And not big — well, yet. But deeper.
What began as a small circle of trusted "besties" expanded into a real team, including a business consultant, a social media manager, and a copywriter. We started asking harder questions: who we are, who our clients really are, and what they actually need. We committed to showing up consistently in newsletters, on social media, and here on the blog. And most importantly, we started listening more closely to you, our amazing clients.
Because your feedback doesn't just shape our services. It shapes our thinking.
